HTSUS Catalog Rack
The hardcopy (i.e., printed) version of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is huge and unwieldy. You must have a method to bind it so that flipping through the pages is simple. Normal binders will not do. We recommend that you purchase one of our steel catalog racks. A catalog rack comes with assembly instructions. It takes a few minutes to assemble the rack and to mount the HTSUS. A catalog rack will help you search through the HTSUS easily.
