Whether or not you are enrolled in The Best Customs Broker Course, you may now sign up for One-On-One online tutoring.
1. If you are are already enrolled in our course, this feature is already part of your course. You may sign up every day for one hour. You pay extra only if you want to sign up for extra hours, or you want to ask for a particular tutor that you prefer.
2. If you are not enrolled in our course, you may pay for however many hours you need.
Tutoring is subject to the availability of tutors and appointment/reservation slots.

Who are our tutors?
Our tutors are either licensed customs brokers and/or attorneys. Every tutor has gone through the course and has passed the exam.
Does this tutoring replace boot camps or weekly classes or group tutoring?
No. This is an additional feature to the many live and interactive group hours that are already scheduled every single month. Remember, we do much more than send you DVD's and wish you well.
May I ask for a specific tutor?
Tutors are assigned randomly. However, we may be able to arrange a session or sessions with your favorite tutor for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.
May I request tutoring for a date and time not on your appointment calendar?
Maybe. Tutoring hours are subject to change, but currently tutoring is available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Central Time.
May I try One-On-One tutoring for free?
If you are enrolled in our course, you already get one daily one-on-one tutoring hour as part of your course registration.
If you are not enrolled in our course, you will pay first. We will however, refund your first session, and only your first session, if you are dissatisfied with our tutoring. To qualify for a refund, you must let us know in writing (by email) within 24-hours of the tutoring session for which you are requesting a refund.
How do I sign up for One-On-One tutoring?
If you are currently enrolled in our course, you may sign up through our online portal.
If you are not enrolled in our course, please contact us and we will walk you through the process.
May I hire your tutors outside of your course?
No. Hiring our tutors outside of our course will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your tutoring sessions and the immediate and permanent termination of the tutor.
Do you offer One-On-One in person tutoring?
Yes, in select cities. Rates are double for in person tutoring. Contact us for details.
Do you provide a discount if I buy more than one tutoring session?
Yes, the more hours you buy, the cheaper the hourly rate.
